Using the microwave:
Rinse the quinoa grains well to prevent bitter tasting quinoa.
Cover with water (1 cup quinoa to 2 parts water)
Microwave on high for 8 - 10 min.
Cover and leave it to soak up all the water.
Fluff the quinoa when all the water is soaked up by the grains.
