Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A variation to the regular mashed potatoes. The garlic and butter simple adds an amazing flavour to the potatoes.

Directions:
Peel 3 - 4 cloves of garlic.
Drizzle garlic with olive oil and roast it in a 170degC oven for about 30-45min, until golden brown.
(or the lazy man's method: Saute the cloves in butter until the garlic's softened and golden brown.)
Meanwhile, peel, boil and mash 6 potatoes (Russets preferred for mash potatoes).
Add about 2 tbsp of cream and/or milk (or soy milk) to the mash.
Pour in the roasted garlic and butter. Using a fork, mash the garlic into the potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Variation:
Add about 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese into the mash for extra flavour.
