Came across this recipe awhile ago on the web and we had some ripened bananas falling off the stems and so it was the perfect opportunity to try this. The end result was really a creamy, sweet soft serve-like ice cream. When the ice cream was left overnight in the fridge, it hardened up enough without have ice crystals forming all over. Perfect!
Ingredients
Bananas - cut into small pieces and frozen
Optional ingredients to add to bananas
Nutella
Chocolate sauce
Strawberries
basically anything goes!
