Decided to be pretty brave and try out one of those pretty recipes from Pinterest. All I can say is that it didn't turn out like one of those Pinterest fails! :P

Ingredients
2 cups cooked Quinoa (about 3/4 cup uncooked)
2 eggs
2 stalks chopped spring onions
1 medium sized purple onion, chopped
1/2 cup strong cheese (I used cheddar this time. Will try a stronger cheese the next time around)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
Method
Combine everything (except quinoa) and mix well.
Fold in cooked quinoa.
Form small patties, about palm size
Fry on a hot fry pan until both sides turn golden brown.
