Ingredients:
- 1 skinless and boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, cut into strips
- 1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp Benedictine DOM
- Heat up some oil and fry ginger slices until fragrant.
- Add the onion and stir fry for a while. Remove from wok.
- Add marinated chicken and stir fry till cooked.
- Mixed everything back together and add the carrots.
- Add in soy sauce, water and DOM.
- Stir well and boil to reduce the sauce.
