Ingredients (according to packaging):
3lbs pork shoulder
1/3 cup cider vinegar (I used Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (added another tbsp or more cos the the cider vinegar was a little too sour).
1 pkg McComick Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork dry mix
Method:
Mix the marinade well together
Place pork shoulders into crock
Pour marinade over
Cook 8h on low or 4h on high
Serve with Easy Coleslaw and burger buns.
