Ingredients (Serves 10-15):
1/2 head of white cabbage, shredded
1/4 head of purple cabbage, shredded
1/2 medium sized carrot, shredded
1/2 white onion, chopped
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (original recipe uses white wine vinegar)
juice from half a lemon
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper
combine the dressing well.
Method:
Toss all the vegetables together
Drizzle dressing over and mix well
Chill before serving
*goes well with BBQ Pulled Pork
