Ingredients
6 lamb chops or lamb shoulder cuts
Marinade (all estimated proportions):
A big bunch (about 10 - 15 roots/ 3 packets) of cilantro
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice (about 3 limes)
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
Method
Blend all the ingredients for marinade.
Cover the lamb fully and let it sit for at least 1h.
Cook the lamb in the oven at 175degC for 40 min or until well cooked.
