Meatloaf


Ingredients
500g minced beef
1 onion, chopped
bread crumbs from 2 slices of bread
1 egg
2 tbsp ketchup
black pepper & salt, to taste
1/2 cup milk

Sauce:
4 tbsp apple cider
4 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup


Method
Combine all the meatloaf ingredients.
Shape it into a loaf (or use a loaf tin).
Smooth out the top.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
Pour over top and sides of loaf
Bake at 180degC for 1h 15min or until done.

To serve:
Heat up the remaining sauce until it bubbles.
Serve over the sliced loaf.
