This recipe came from a friend’s mum. It’s so easy to do in the pressure cooker and I’ve done it so many times and it always turned out great!
Ingredients
Cilantro (Wansui/ Chinese parsley)
Spring onions
(Marinade for meat)
1kg pork belly, cut into 2cm pieces
Oyster sauce
Thick, dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce
Rock sugar
Method
Marinade meat for at least 1/2h
Line the bottom of pot with cilantro and spring onions (to prevent burning)
Lay meat on top of greens
Pressure cook mode 20-25min (depending on how thick the meat is cut)
Stir up when done
Serve with lotus buns
